So, before I sent in my acceptance and and e-mailed the advisor to tell him I was accepting. I got an e-mail from a professor there. She congratulated me on being accepted into the program and said that she would be in Louisiana next week and that we should get together. This seemed exciting, but also kinda scary. What are they going to expect of me? Are they going to ask me architecture knowledge questions? Or do they just want to talk to me about the university?

Scholarships and Fellowships!
Today, I got an e-mail from UW saying sorry for the delay and that said, a letter about my fellowship and scholarship information would be sent to me by e-mail on Monday! The e-mail also said that they hope that their offer of scholarship would make it possible for me to attend in the fall.
Um… SO WOULD I!?
I’m so excited!

Why is Graduate school soooo expensive?
More precisely… why is UW so unreasonably expensive.

As far a reasonably priced “gourmet” pizza/sandwiches go, Berkeley has Cheeseboard, Oakland has Genova’s & Bakesale Betty’s, and Seattle… has Salumi. And Salumi makes Seattle worth it. Thx, Bourdain, heh heh heh.
I saw this on Bourdain… Apparently owned by Mario Batali’s parents. If I go to Seattle, I’m definitely hitting this place up.
